CONDITION REPORT
As noted the dial has been restored.  The Victorian platform appears not to be its original as the plates are cut and drilled for a platform bridging them.  It is currently not ticking.  The strike work is out of sync.  No key.

It may have been re-cased as there are numerous vacant holes in the base of the case.
