With cast-moulded glazed bezel, above an engraved 11 3/4in brass dial signed NORMAN LONDON with pierced steel hands, the gut fusée movement with arched plates, baluster-shaped pillars and verge escapement

CONDITION REPORT
In unrestored condition.  The mahogany bezel has a crack at 9 o’clock.  Locating pin to hold the bezel in place when closed is lost.  The dial has been lacquered instead of silvered.  Some of the chequer stringing is lost between 3 & 4 o’clock on the bezel.  The mounting of the back box is unusual.  No winding key.
