CONDITION REPORT
The case is in original condition, with some chips and losses to mouldings.  A veneer loss to the bottom left-hand side.  The dial has some wear and paint loss.  There is also a brass ferrule which sits between the dial and case which is lost.  The movement requires a service.  The bell appears not the the original and its screw is ill-fitting.
