CONDITION REPORT
The clock is in unrestored condition. The iron surface is rusted and has an overall pitting. Even as is, the clock has presence and is a marvellous object.
The work required to put it back to going order is extensive. A list follows of issues to highlight:
No pendulum or weights; no pallets and broken upright holding the pallet arbour; escape wheel teeth sheared off; setting dial square twisted; wooden barrels lost from winding arbours, fans on strike regulator lost and spring clicks mid-shapen, etc.
