The case of good colour, moulded pediment above glazed door with three-quarter columns and arched glazed sides, the trunk with an arched moulded door, above stepped base and plinth, the 11 3/4 in square brass dial with cast female mask spandrels, enclosing a silvered chapter ring, matted centre with inset silvered signature panel JOHN TRIBE / PETWORTH / fecit, with calendar aperture below, the eight day movement with four turned finned pillars, anchor escapement and strike on bell

One crank key, two lead weights, brass bob steel rod pendulum.

The case is in good condition, some marks and knocks consistent with age.  The movement appears well cared for and may benefit from a clean and service.
