With a central old cut diamond surrounded by six round cabochon opals and further surrounded by round cut sapphires and old cut diamonds, with two articulated pear cut sapphire drops with diamond accents, in unmarked gold, integrated onto a later silver figaro chain, gross weight 8.1 grams, with original receipt and insurance valuation

the opals are not doublets
the chain is thought to not be original to the necklace, the clasp is secure, some surface chips to two of the opals. some claws could benefit from re tipping
